Title I

Pinellas County Schools receive an annual allocation of federal dollars to provide supplemental resources to support student success at schools that have high percentages of families who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. Federal and state law determines how Title I funds are allocated to eligible schools and programs. Supplemental resources may include additional staff, supplementary instructional materials, and funds for parent/family events and activities.  School-wide programs allow school staffs to redesign their educational programs to serve all students. The emphasis is on serving all students, improving all structures that support student learning, and combining all resources, as allowed, to achieve a common goal of 100% student success.
